PEQI is our specialty center dedicated to continuous quality improvement through feedback on how programs, practices, and information systems are working in practice. We provide comprehensive planning and evaluation assistance for programs, projects, grants, coalitions, and information systems. We work collaboratively with our clients to identify actionable solutions that enhance the performance of public health professionals and organizations, and support informed decision-making as part of your people or product design, development, and implementation strategy.
SERVICES: Program evaluation services including feasibility and needs assessments, process and outcomes evaluations, quality and business process improvement.

Call on PEQI to manage all aspects of the evaluation lifecycle for your program. PEQI will convene an evaluation team with the right expertise, design an evaluation using public health frameworks and quality standards (including both formative and summative measures according to the needs of the program), develop data collection instruments, collection and analysis of data, summarize findings and compile reports, present and disseminate findings to stakeholders.

PEQI aims to support organizations, teams, and programs to increase evaluation capacity to its full potential. We will assess the needs of trainees, and customize evaluation training according to competency needs, length, modality, and programmatic priorities of your organization.

The PEQI center can provide technical assistance in all facets of evaluation. We have expertise in development of logic models, evaluation sections of grant proposals, evaluation plans, data collection instruments, and reports. We work with you to create or revise standardized evaluation tools and templates to empower your organization, grantees, or other external stakeholders to collect and use data systematically, consistently, and effectively. We also provide services to review and update existing materials when evaluation priorities need to be redirected due to programmatic changes or external factors.
